At Livarexa, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our solid wooden furniture and seating solutions. If your purchase does not perfectly suit your home, we are here to assist with an honest and straightforward return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your item to initiate a return request. To qualify for a full refund, all wooden furniture (bedside tables, wooden chairs, bar stools) and sofa chairs must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, with all hardware packs, assembly manuals, and original padding intact.
2. How to Start a Return
- Send an email to support@livarexa.shop with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Please attach clear photos of the furniture pieces and the condition of the shipping box.
- Our support staff will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide our authorized warehouse return address along with prepaid shipping documents if applicable.
3. Damaged or Defective Furniture on Arrival
We take meticulous care in boxing all solid timber and cushioned furniture. If your piece arrives with scratches, structural damage, or missing hardware, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement part, full replacement unit, or issue a complete refund without you having to pay return shipping fees.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Defective / Damaged items: Livarexa covers 100% of return shipping and replacement costs.
- Change of Mind / Sizing issues: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping postage. We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is delivered to our fulfillment warehouse, our inspection team will verify the condition within 2–3 business days. After inspection approval, a refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or PayPal) within 5–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
