1. General Conditions
By visiting our store and/or purchasing furniture from Livarexa, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time, particularly in instances involving suspected card fraud or breach of terms.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our furniture or website for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive technical code.
3. Product Information & Dimensions
We make every effort to display the colors, wood grain textures, dimensions, and specifications of our wooden bedside tables, chairs, sofa chairs, and bar stools as accurately as possible. However, because natural solid wood possesses unique natural grain patterns and computer monitors display colors differently, minor natural variations may occur. If a delivered piece does not meet your expectations, your remedy is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) on business days.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday).
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday through Saturday).
- Total Delivery Window: 4–7 business days.
- Shipping Region: United States only (Standard Free Shipping on all orders). International shipping is not supported.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of parcel delivery. Furniture pieces must be unused, unassembled, and packed safely inside their original packaging with all included assembly parts and protection.
- Customer Remorse / Sizing error: The customer is responsible for actual return freight fees.
- Damaged or Defective on Arrival: Please contact us at support@livarexa.shop within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and outer carton for a free replacement or full refund.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 4–7 business days following warehouse inspection.
6. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) along with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.
All transactions are executed through Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. We do not store or retain your full card number on our servers.
7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing details for all orders. In the event that an order is modified, flagged for verification, or canceled due to suspected unauthorized activity, we will notify you using the email or phone number provided during checkout.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included on this website—such as product graphics, photography, site design, text descriptions, and logos—is the exclusive property of Livarexa and is protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate purchase agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
